Lease requirements

Does anyone know what requirements lease companies have to lease an aircraft to soem one. I mean other than money(incidently any idea's on costs) but I have been contacting these companies on company email and no response?

send me a PM with more specific details, type of aircraft, length of time of lease, area of operation, does the company have a license etc, everything has a relevance to a lease.

It's not like renting a car from AVIS.
