US grounds C-130

There was an article in todays Daily Mail newspaper that the USAF had grounded 30 C-130's and was advising the RAF to check their C-130 fleet. Is this true?

Do you know the reason behind this ?
Is there a major technical problem whioch the USAF has discovered ?
