I do not find a way to decline all cookies? Am I missing something or will the option be added soon?

Dankuwel, Bart, but it is not an awful lot of help 
Your picture is from a phone, but I am participating from a genuine PC, a PC mind you, not even a laptop. Running Firefox on top of Ubuntu. And the only options I get are "Learn more" or "Got it". Neither allow me to decline.

I have a screenshot to upload but apparently it can only be uploaded if I first store it somewhere on the www - I have no such storage available at present.
