Just landed (July 30 @ 1830) on 25R this bird
B727-100
Nice to c a short B727 again.....

Yeah, nice to see a B727 in BRU. They are very rare nowadays with DHL phasing them out

The B727 was the biggest success in commercial aviation until the arrival of the B737. But indeed, they are becoming rare now. Sabena had them for a very short time, but afterwards two of them went to the Belgian Air Force until they were replaced by the A310.
