There is a meeting of Biden and EU Commission president von der Leyen scheduled for tomorrow morning (https://ec.europa.eu/commission/commiss ... le_tid=433) so Biden's departure will be after that.

According to https://businessam.be/biden-in-brussel- ... nde-dagen/ around 12 o'clock. I do not know how accurate or reliable that is though. The article also says that there is nothing on his agenda on Friday morning, while there is a meeting with VDL (von der Leyen) on the agenda.

Landing in Rzeszow is estimated just after 2pm, so 12:15 departure from EBMB/EBBR makes sense.
