Ryanair is re-establishing a base at Nuremberg airport after a two-year break, with two B737-800s stationed there for summer 2022.

Ryanair closes its 5-aircraft base at Frankfurt Airport at the end of March, citing the airport's unwillingness to give in to their usual blackmailing in terms of lowering charges.

Ryanair will restore all destinations within its Zagreb network after 12 routes were suspended in January and February 2021 due to low demand.

Malta Air plans to base B737-800s at Vienna from the summer 2022 season, thus joining its sister carriers at the airport.

Ryanair announced its biggest ever Edinburgh summer 2022 schedule with two additional based aircraft, increasing to 10 based aircraft, 5 of which will be Boeing 737-8200.

Ryanair announced its summer 2022 schedule from Leeds Bradford with one additional based aircraft. Ryanair’s Leeds Bradford based fleet will increase to three based aircraft, an investment of over US$300 million.

Ryanair announced its largest-ever summer schedule from London Gatwick, Luton, and Stansted with 14 new routes to destinations across Europe, including Naples, Madeira, and Stockholm. The schedule includes over 100 based aircraft.

The Ryanair website has become a nightmare since an update two days ago.
If you try to log in, it asks a code that is emailed to you, but often it doesn't accept the code even if you enter it correctly.
Customer service is unreachable, online check-in not accessible for many, Ryanair forced to waive the fees for airport check-in.

Complaints piling up on their Facebook page, it's a complete mess.

Ryanair Holdings chief executive Michael O’Leary said he was prepared to possibly skip a chance to buy the B737 MAX 10 following a recent public dispute over pricing, but he would meet the planemaker for further talks in April 2022.

In other news, Ryanair will launch 2022 summer flights from Burgas to six destinations in Europe, along with flights from Burgas to Vienna, London Luton, and Budapest.

Ryanair marked the opening of its new base at Newcastle, with two based aircraft, representing an investment of US$200 million and 60 new direct jobs, alongside the launch of Newcastle’s biggest ever schedule including 19 total routes.

Ryanair is entrusting French flight school Astonfly with the selection and training of its future France-based pilots. The two partners have signed an exclusive contract to recruit 500 pilots over four years.

Ryanair will base five more planes in Gdansk and launch six new routes. The investment, worth US$500 million, will allow maintaining 150 jobs for pilots, engineers and cabin crew in the airport.

Ryanair has announced its biggest ever investment in Krakow, worth US$800 million. It will have 73 routes, including 10 new ones, operating in the summer 2022 season at its largest Polish base.
