With already eight to ten fatalities so far, the federal government will have to declare the ongoing floods as a national disaster. And most probably, a period of three days of national mourning will be called once all missing persons have been found.

Wouldn't it then be appropriate to cancel the 21st July Parade?

The aim of this year's National Day Parade is to honour all the people who have worked hard to fight against the coronavirus: doctors, nurses, military, teachers, volunteers, etc. This is a sufficient reason to maintain the parade, IMHO.

In the ground parade, there was a Korean detachment. Does anyone know how these people travelled to Belgium? Military transport or civilian airlines?
