Bush coming to Belgium in February 2005
In short: Mr. Bush will travel to Great Britain in February 2005. The presidential trip will include a stop in Brussels, headquarters for the European Union and Nato. At that time, there will be a very big NATO and EU-meeting.

Sounds great!!!!
Same story with me...i missed him the last time.
Will he land t RWY25R(since he'll be parked @abelag?).
The best part is...that when the taxiway in front of the sound-wall
is ready,it will be VERY-CLOSE to the spotters,if it is still possible
to reach the whall by than.
Looking forward to it(aldo i don't know or i can come).
Best regards: Yannick

Any update on the date/airport where AF1 will land in February? I have an update concerning the logistic support of Mr. Bush' visit:
According to a source I cannot disclose, a Galaxy will visit Kleine Brogel soon. If this is true, this would be quite a bummer for BRU locals.
Let's hope the Americans fly AF1 to BRU and not to KB...

Thanks for the info Ivan.
I have strong thoughts now that Mr. Bush will choose KB instead of BRU, if your info is correct.
Because :
1) His equipment arrives at KB and it's quite logic that he arrives there too than.
2) The Greek president departed from KB after his state visit to Belgium.
3) KB is more secluded than BRU.
But wait and see, all this is guessing !
Regards, Robin Bamps.

Hello;
I know, a weeks ago i read in "Het Nieuwsblad", that Bush has reserved
700 rooms in Brussels, and that he will arrive on sunday 20/02 and will leave Belgium on wednesday 23/02.
But other newspapers says that he will arrive on 22/02???
I don't get it.
If someone knows the arr-or dep time, than please share with us.
Best regards:Jeroen
