LCY-FRA with LH Virtual

Post by Comet »

Yesterday I made my first flight with Lufthansa Virtual, flying from one of my favourite airports to one I have never visited before. The flight was LH4801, operated by ARJ85 D-AVRB.

Comet, is it possible to mention in the titel of the topic that this is a flight with FS and not a real flight. Thanks.

Comet, thanks for sharing these nice pictures with us, I like them a lot.

@blackhawk, sorry to disagree (don't want to offend someone), but the topic is posted in "Flight Simulation", so to me it seems pretty clear that the topic is about a FS flight. "Real" Trip-reports would belong in the "Airline Experience" section.

Fabian - thanks for your comments.

Blackhawk - Fabian got there first and said what I would have said. That is why the thread is in "Flight Simulation" and not "Airline Experiences".

On other forums I go it is commonplace to write reports like this, but as they are always in a Flight Sim forum no one minds, I thought it would be the same on here :?

@B744skipper and Comet: yes I know it is posted in "Flight Simulation" but I'm not a person who is browsing through all the fora over here because I'm not sitting the whole day at home, I don't have the time and I'm also too lazy. I'm only visiting the index page (sometimes I use "View new posts since last visit") and over there, you are not able to see where it is posted. If I had known this topic was about a FS flight report, I would never have visited it...

I've edited the title. Sorry for any confusion I caused.

Thanks again for comments. I had been experimenting with various methods for getting screenshots - some were taken with the active camera and some by using spot view. If anyone can give me some tips on getting screenshots I would love to know some. I especially like the passenger viewpoint type shots.

I don't post anywhere near all of mine, I have FS2002 on every day. I usually do some shots when I have a new aircraft in the collection, or I do my first VA flight. This is a popular kind of thread on Airliner World forum, there are loads of screen shots posted on there, including all the ones I've put on here.

Louise,

Does your FS enable an view inside LH's Avro RJ85 to show how uncomfortable it is with its 3-3 seating? :)

No, but then again this Avro is the same model (with different paint) as the SNBA one I fly, and the British Airways one  Though I do have a 777 which lets you see the seats
