(I know they aren't going to)
At least the SN Toronto flights should benefit from the withdrawal of 9W, but probably only a little as they were mostly continuation flights from India.

Jet Airways lenders said they were “reasonably hopeful” that bidding process for the airline will end successfully and its temporary shutdown has significantly aggravated problems for the airline with potential investors asking lenders to take an upto-80% haircut on their US$1.2 billion debt. The bidders have also severely criticized the banks’ reluctance to release emergency loans.

IATA also suspended membership of the grounded airline of its clearing house system, a move that is likely to impact the refund process to passengers.

They failed - and unfortunately, failures can happen (more often in aviation then in most other businesses).

But then, Jet Airways, don't blame the banks for not giving yet again loans to someone who will never be able to refund them. And don't blame IATA for the fact that you are unable to pay the outstanding salaries (three months apparently), to pay the outstanding invoices from your suppliers, to refund passengers and touroperators, ...

SpiceJet has already absorbed over 500 employees, including 100 pilots, of the grounded Jet Airways and it is open to inducting more as it adds more aircraft and routes.

Air India has now decided against leasing five grounded B777-300ERs of Jet Airways to fly on five international routes, as the aircraft need some maintenance.

Jet Airways lenders were approached by a group of Gulf-based NRIs (non-resident Indians) who are ready to raise emergency funding to enable debt-ridden and cash-strapped to operate again.

Really?

Jet Airways minority shareholders have sought permission from SBI Capital Markets, which is running the bidding process for the cash-strapped airline, to present a proposal to lenders that would revive the airline.

Really?

And the EY-9W partnership now wrecked, it is now being replaced with EK/SG codesharing partnership. All good for EK opening further up the conveted dxb-india connectivity.

Etihad Airways will lease seven weekly slot pairs at London Heathrow Airport to Air Serbia. They were previously utilised by the now grounded Indian carrier Jet Airways.

This is no fake news: on 22th May 2019, the Dutch trade court, province Noord-Holland, has declared the bankruptcy of Jet Airways Ltd (India). Because Jet Airways has an official presence in the Netherlands, Dutch bankruptcy legislation allows Dutch courts to do so. However, the Indian government (and/or Indian Justice) will most probably reject jurisdiction from the Dutch verdict in India.

Source:

Perhaps the court is talking about the Jet Airways offices at Schiphol and not the entire company ?

No, it's Jet Airways India (Siroya Centre Sahar Airpo Andheri East Mumbai 400 099) that has been declared bankrupt. It's the same trade register reference for both the Dutch implant and the Indian head office:
https://www.kvk.nl/zoeken/?source=all&q ... te=kvk2014

But it was a unilateral court decision (verstekvonnis), without defence from Jet Airways. So most probably Jet Airways will go in appeal (but the court verdict stands till decision in appeal).

Mr Naresh Goyal (founder of Jet Airways) and his wife Anita Goyal travelling from Mumbai to London on EK 507 were restricted from leaving the country. The aircraft had reached the taxiway when it was recalled back and they were taken into custody by Immigration officers.

Jet Airways lenders to face bankruptcy proceedings initiated against the airline in a court based in the Netherlands, following the seizure of one of Jet Airways' B777s that was parked at Amsterdam Schiphol airport.

Resurrection?

Jet Airways revival gathered fresh momentum from the country’s new federal government, with indications that it is keen to explore ways to get the airline back in the skies soon.
