I've flown about 20 times with FR ans I don't remember unfriendly attendants or groundstaff. I've just booked another return flight for next month at 0.45€ per segment. It costs 60€18 for two pax (return). With ot without smile is not very important to me as long as the staff acts professional.
By the way, I'have use a thousand times the coastal train (de tram) cause I live in Koksijde. I have NEVER seen a smiling driver but I've seen many times very unpolite drivers with older people or people who don't speak flamish (Kosijde - Oostende : 6€ return)
