F-84's at Pampa

Post by meerkat »

As already told in another thread, I visited the Pampa range on 29th August and in the distance amongst the targets were 3 F-84's. Can anyone identify them for me please..

BA is a Mirage V reg, F84's had FU (Thunderstreak), FZ (Thunderjet) and FR (Thunderflash)

Thanks for the replies gentlemen - I ws only asked today if anyone had been in contact over this enquiry.

The "serials" are possibly for range purposes.

Pampa F84F's

According my archive these should be tie-ups

BA02 = FU181
BA06 = FU183 (not BA03)
BA56 = FU63

I hope this helps.

Best regards,

Laurent
