Luggage Allowance HQ (Thomas Cook Airlines Belgium)

I have a horribly silly question, but I found no answer

For the first time I booked a flight-only ticket via the Thomas Cook Belgium website
It was horribly cheap, operated by HQ

But,
1. What's their luggage allowance? I thought somewhere I saw 20kg, but I seem not to be able to find it again
2. As I was not able to book a meal, I hope I can indeed buy something on board
Can this be confirmed?

1. Baggage allowance remains at 20kg (as compared with 15kg on JAF, where you can buy additional kgs).
2. Yes, some food is for sale (light snacks)
