Anybody an idea what the story is behind the first picture with Mr Reynders? Which airplane has a minister on a jumpseat and a copilot in the left one?

That's a Belgian Air Force crew. The pilot on the left is not a copilot, it's the military rank of Captain-Commander.

This is on board of an EMB145 of the Belgian Air Force, i think. You can see the yoke between Reynders face and the chart.
