brussels airlines lounges

Post by brusselsairlinesfan »

Dear all,

Could you please share some information and your opinion about the brussels airlines lounges please?

What are the main differences between the lounges at the A pier, B pier and "Sunrise"?

Is it possible to access with a basic Miles & More card?

Is the "Sunrise" restricted to BRU-Africa flights only?

Thanks,

Vincent, a true brussels airlines fan from Paris, France

I've only been in the brussels airlines lounge at pier A. You can acces it for free when you have a silver card, even if you don't travel business class.
In my opinion this is a good lounge for a short stop. They offer everything you need. Some basic food, soft drinks, coffee and a wide variety of beer as well. You can acces wifi and internet for free and read belgian and some international newspapers.
Especially for 'spotters' this is a nice lounge because you have a nice vieuw on the airplaines waiting to depart.
Note: If you are travelling to America or Africa, you won't be able to access this lounge.

Hi Brusselsairlinesfan,

I have been all three lounges. They are all good.

The lounge in Pier A is a little bit cramped during rush hours (morning and (a bit less in the) evening); same is true for the Pier B lounge.

The best lounge is the Sunrise lounge. I only used it in the late afternoon, early evening for European flights. Plenty of space, few people and good drinks/... on offer. Even if it is a long walk, it is quite relaxing. I am not sure it is still open in the afternoon ...

Regards,
Danny

Forgot to say: you can't access with a M&M blue card (unless you pay?).
I have always access since I have Senators status ...
