New United Ads

Post by nwa757 »

Check out these new United advertisements at: www.unitedrhapsody.com. They have print ads and TV commercials.

I am very glad that United has brought back their signature song "Rhapsody in Blue" in their commercials :D .

I have seen the TV commercials, in the US, on Fox News Channel, A&E, and BBC America. I don't know if they are being shown in Europe.

No they aren't shown on TV here in Belgium.

They aren't that bad, but compared with Frontier's commercials they are not good ;)

BTW does NW also make commercials for the moment ?

NW had some ads in the fall of 2003. They were very good.

My favorite was one in which a child really likes to make drawings. So his dad books tickets on NW, and he takes his son to see an art museuem in New York.

Right now, NW is mostly sticking to print adveritising and billboards.

No problem. I live for doing stuff like this  .

btw: for all those who are intersested in commercials, go to the flim library at www.adeater.com. They have old ads from all kinds of different companies. (you'll need to have the Real Player installed to view the ads. The MPEG button does not work.)

LAN and TACA are the only major carriers running television (and theatre) ads in the
Chile market. None of the European or North American carriers seem interested. Delta is the prime U.S. carrier in & out of SCL. LAN will soon dominate most, if not all, of the Latin American routes.
