Finally, I found the time to make a selection amongst the 1500+ pics I took on 11/06/2011 at the Airshow "Le temps des hélices 2011" ("Propellers time") held on 11th and 12th of June. This airshow is a must see for all old airplanes lovers (and for the others, there are also a few jets and modern props as well
). La Ferté-Alais airfield is a grass field on a hill surrounded by woods, 50km South of Paris. The airshow is very photographers friendly, and you can stand/sit very close to the planes. Here are 15 of the pics I took on the Saturday:
). Glad you'll be back, it was my second time there, and it is still the same "magic"! I cannot recommend it enough to all aviation-lovers: you must go to La Ferté-Alais at least once!
