Well, I've to admit that I went to the Mc Donalds this afternoon with some (girl)friends!

Not something I'm used to, it was already ago from July 2003 in LHR...

Personally I don't really like junkfood (give me real food anyday), but it's a nice change from all the student-restaurants in Gent... ;)

And before I forget: of course I voted for Mc Donalds!

I had a Super Big Mac menu this afternoon...

I am not a fast-foodrestaurent-fan but I must admit that I like 'frietjes' alias French fries and sometimes a hamburger during KV Mechelen soccer-game ;-)

Even though I don't go to fast food restaurants very often, I prefer Mc Donalds compared to KFC and Burger King. I never had the oppportunity to go to TacoBell

Of course Chris: the end is that we had to hurry back to school after our meal for a lesson of psychology :(

Luckily the Mc Donalds at the Korenmarkt in Gent is not too far away from school... ;)

Had you expected something more spectacular, Chris?

Neither am I a F-F-F.
But I remember long time ago a Big Whopper! and that hamburger during KV Mechelen soccer-game, is also still in my memory*. (After being very long on my stomach.)

But our american friend forgot the belgian fastfood chain and marketleader in France QUICK.

* everybody should know, you can have imported BELGIAN fries in Thailand. (Marquise-brand). And btw, there are no imported FRENCH fries, here... but there are DUTCH FarmFrites and Remia frietsaus.
**also in my memory is the Rodenbach on tap in Roeselare kantien!

Indeed SN30952! Our American friend forgot 'Quick' in his voting! And after eating one of those you will never lose its taste (so they say in the advertising)

Wow... to make it clear: with (girl)friends, I only mean male and female schoolmates, nothing else!

I lunch with them every afternoon, so I really didn't hide anything!

See, that's a proof fast food is not so in with airline people.
Remember we got quite angry about this: Air Canada service staff get burger-coupon bonus?
Although there was an airline, an american of course, that was serving hamburger-catering... Whish one was it?
btw, a while ago, I came across a report on drinking water in airplanes How Safe Is Airline Water?

I have an airline anecdote about fastfood.
It happened in Africa, of course. Belgium and France had invited some officials -civil servants- for a practical training course in Europe. Somebody must have informed them about the cost of living in Europe. So these guys, some sixty men, came to the airport each with at least half a dozen coconuts: that was african fastfood: food and beverage in one.

Kentucky Fried Chicken= KFC, the fatman with the glasses and the stick, longtime called the cancerman in Asia.

I quite like Maccas just for breakfast, but not the rest of the day's menu.

Prefer what we call Hungry Jacks. (Burger King to you). :D

Wait... How come I can't edit my poll? If I could I'd add those two.

I'm afraid you cann't, nwa757.
Myself I had also forgotten an item in a poll: no way to alter that.
btw, for some real rootbeer in really hot downtown BKK, I'll go for a rootbeer @ A&W in Pantip Plaza: the computer and software market overthere.
