FYI, TUI Airlines Belgium now has quite a complete website (for a charter carrier, that is) at
http://www.jetair.be/tub

It is available in Dutch and French (no English)

That's a very nice site they have

They mentioned that all their planes are equiped with screens for the IFE. I never knew that the 400's had that

But that's probably the reason why the 400's came from HLX and weren't SLR planes.

I doubt it very much that the Futura airways 737-400 have inflight entertainment. Only their 737-800 are equiped with IFS.
