BRU - FAO - BRU SN3801 ET SN3802

Post by firrech »

Thanks to PRIVILEGE, we (wife, daughter and I) flew B FLEX to Faro on 07 April and return on 18 April 2009.
Everything OK behalve check-in (drop off) with an interminable queue. B-light queue was less long...

BRU-FAO 07/04/09 :
- A319 on time;
- 36 seats BFLEX - about 110 B-LIGHT full flight;
- newspaper, meal and drinks (PASTA, appel pie, chocolate, bread) and white wine;
- landed in Faro 20 minutes earlier with a beautiful view along the sea before landing.

FAO-BRU 18/04/09

- B373-400 on time;
- 6 seats B-BUISNESS - about 90 on B-FLEX (never seen so much in BFLEX) - about 50 B-LIGHT
full fligh
The flight was overbooked for 4 people in B-LIGHT.They were very upset at the check-in.
They put them on the SN flight 3 days after.......
- newspaper, meal and drinks (chicken, puree and vegetables, appel pie, chocolate and bread)
and white wine;
- landed in Brussels on time.
- --Every pax had to wait for 1 hour to keep back luggages???????
Is it normal??

Nice report which I read only today after a 12 day absence for holidays.

No, this is not normal. Sometimes baggage is already on the carousel when you arrive from the far end of Terminal B or from Terminal A. Who was your baggage handler? Complain to him or to BAC.
