Why did Hainan Airlines cancel all there sunday flights to Beijing from Brussels?
Now still 3 flights a week left!

As you maybe know, Hainan Airlines leased one of their B767-300 to Ethiopian Airlines. This means that Hainan is now in a shortage of aircraft. Its only temporally that they fly three times a week to Belgium.
But I have better news for the near future. Brussels Airport announced that Hainan Airlines is going to fly again 4 times a week and this with a new A330 aircraft replacing the B767-300ER.

Great news indeed, though it's exactly what I expected they'd do! Any idea when this will start? My prediction is that it won't be too long (two or three years) before they go daily on the route.Brussels Airport announced that Hainan Airlines is going to fly again 4 times a week and this with a new A330 aircraft replacing the B767-300ER.
According to Brussels Airport at the beginning of the new winter schedule. I know that several Chinese carriers ordered Airbusses in 2003, also A330, but I have no clue when exact Hainan is going to receive the A330. They have ordered 7 of them.teach wrote:Any idea when this will start?Brussels Airport announced that Hainan Airlines is going to fly again 4 times a week and this with a new A330 aircraft replacing the B767-300ER.
