Question to an airplane in 2002 in BRU

Post by Manni »

Hello,

sorry, that I get on your nerves again with a question about old times.

I've found a picture of a stored 767 (in the south-east of the terminal-building), photo dated on Oct, 20th 2002, but it's impossible to read the registration.

This is the picture (sorry for quality):

After a long investigation, I've got two ideas:
OO-SLT before getting to Sobelair
VH-BZI after leaving Qantas

Has anybody any idea, which plane it is? Perhaps it's not one of the two named above.

Thanks a lot in advance for your help!

Greetings from Aken/Aix-la-Chapelle

Both guesses were wrong.

B767-300, msn 25088 with regi OY-KDM was returned by SAS to the lessor and arrived at BRU on May 7 2002. It remained stored for two years in all white markings and no titles. By May 2004 found another operator, Air Madagascar and left in f/c.

@ Skystef: take a big 'Thank you' for this fast answer!
Next time I ask first before I investigate the internet for hours... :?
