New name and logo was needed. In a timeframe of five years they want to fly to 20 of the most popular destinations in the world. At this moment they count 9. They want also lower prices for customers.
The new name and logo is printed on one of the Avro's of SNBA.

Here's a better overview, without destinations already linked to BRU.
EWR is linked to BRU already (by CO), SFO by UA (via IAD).
Though I'm wondering if they'll ever achieve the goal of 20 in a country without a strong home carrier and caged in between the hubs of big airline alliances.
Hum, will they also update the road signs to the airport?
When I was still living & working in Brussels, many of my international colleagues thought there were 2 major airports in Brussels. Brussels National & Zaventem. I had to explain many times that same airport is named differently on Brussels and Flemish road signs
From all around the world people travel daily to Brussels, the heart of Europe. To the European Airport where both business travellers as well as holiday travellers feel at home. From now on this favourite destination has a clear name and image : Brussels Airport welcomes you!
The new, but at the same time familiar, name wishes to show its ambition - to belong to the best airports of Europe, and to continue to offer low-cost travel opportunities to top destinations across Europe.

Out of this list of 24, there are already 7 airports you can fly to. This list is less then the 30 busiest intercontinental airports (that's what they are speaking about). The other two are probably Washington and Montreal (?)
This leaves us with following shorter list (17 remaining) of which I think the ones in bold are candidates for the targetted 11 additonal destinations (there are 9):
Tokio (Haneda) (HND) 63 Los Angeles (Los Angeles International Airport) (LAX) 61
Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) 59
Las Vegas (LAS) 44
Denver (DEN) 43
Phoenix (PHX) 41 Hongkong (HKG) 40
Houston (IAH) 40 Bangkok (Don Muang) (BKK) 39
Minneapolis/Saint Paul (MSP) 38 Detroit (DTW) 36
Orlando International Airport (MCO) 34 Singapore (SIN) 32
Tokio (Narita) (NRT) 32
Philadelphia (PHL) 32
Miami (MIA) 31
Seattle/Tacoma (SEA) 29
What could be the additional 2? - We would need the list of the first 50 airports to be able to say that.
Personally I think starting from this list is too US oriented since a lot of the biggest airports are US. But future is the East, e.g. India
