PRESS RELEASE 2006-08-27

The ACBA Group presents …

ACBA, not a typical virtual airline, but a combination of a charter airline and virtual leasing company.

The ACBA Group is created by Flanders Airlines and is now the main shareholder of that airline. These two companies are of course in close collaboration with each other.
ACBA will offer several realistic services for virtual airlines, like ad-hoc charter, ACMI, AMI, dry lease and purchase/sale of airplanes. For these services ACBA has currently 9 brand new aircraft in fleet.

ACBA will probably launch the 1st of October 2006. On our temporary website, http://www.acba.co.nr , you can download a full press release and our fleet inventory, and you can follow the latest developments.

A320/B737 CAPTAINS AND FIRST OFFICERS
For our charter and wet lease operations , ACBA is currently looking for A320 and B737NG pilots to join the company.
REQUIREMENTS:
- good knowledge English language
- min. 1 flight each 2 months
- no previous experience required
- starting operations from 1st October 2006

PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGER
The job of an ACBA PR-manager is to write press releases and to contact potential customers. You will also be involved into the developments of ACBA.
REQUIREMENTS:
- excellent knowledge of English language (knowledge of Dutch is a benefit)
- good writing capacities
- no previous experience required
- starting now!
