Flying Tigers on F-16?!

I know about the CACW (Chinese American Composite Wing) and the realionship with the US 14th.
The story of the Flying Tigers is well known .

Could you tell more about the occasion this F-16 of ROCAF was displayed with this remarkable sticker?

This F16 belongs to 5th Tactical Fighter Froup, 5th Tactical Combination Wing, Hualien AFB, Taiwan.

The 5th TFG takes its combat order name "5th TFG" since WW2, as you can see there is a "5" in the middle ofthis CACW logo.
