just received this message from the tech support in Texas where the luchtzak server is located:
It's not your internet connection and I am sure this network problem will be solved ASAPSome of you might notice problems accessing your servers/sites at the moment. As there is some network issue , and our technicians are looking into it.
It appears to be a network problem at Internet backbone providers Level 3 and Above.net where the packet loss is occurring.
