Moroccos national carrier, RAM, started with a third flight to Beirut (Lebanon) from February 7.
It also expanded the African network, now including:
7 flights per week to Abidjan, Ivory Coast
6 flights per week to Bamako, Mali
5 flights per week to Nouakchott, Mauritania
4 flights per week to Conakry, Guinea
3 flights per week to Libreville, Gabon
2 flights per week to Niamey, Niger
3 flights per week to Douala, Cameroons
3 flights per week to Ouagadougou, Upper Volta
3 flights per week to Lomé, Togo
3 flights per week to Cotonou, Benin
7 flights per week to Tunis, Tunisia
4 flights per week to Algiers, Algeria
2 flights per week to Oran, Algeria
2 flights per week to Tripoli, Libria
In codeshare with Air Senegal, 2 daily flights between Casablanca and Dakar will be done. Flights to Brazzaville (Congo), and Accra (Ghana) are also under consideration.
In November, RAM also signed a contract for 5 Boeing 787 aircraft, with delivery starting in October 2008. The 787 will be used on RAMs Trans Atlantic flights to the US and Canada.
Moroccos national carrier, RAM, began its services in 1957, and has grown significantly ever since. They currently operate a fleet of 37 - mostly Boeing - aircraft.
