Quick hamburger restaurant at BRU

Post by OO-VEX »

Since 1 February 2006 the food & beverages offer at the airport has been extended with a brand-new Quick hamburger restaurant. The new burger restaurant is located in the arrivals hall (landside) and is open every day from 10.00 a.m. to 10.30 p.m. The Quick hamburger restaurant at the airport serves the well-known range of Quick meals. It employs twenty staff.

Unfortunately all bars & restaurants are operated by Restair N.V. ( daughter of Carestel ), so it will be very pricy I'm afraid...

That's the main purpose of Macquarie Airports. Making money, quit logical. If you invest in something you want you money back with a lot of profit.

Aren't prices at all Quick restaurants the same? They advertise their prices in their TV commercials, and I doubt they'll charge more at BRU.
I insist on correct use of vocabulary. Let's keep up the standards of this forum! The word "restaurant" should not be applied to the kind of business mentioned, please call it a "fast food setup" or whatever.
Whether you like it or not, fast food restaurants ARE restaurants, so we'll keep calling them that.

And if you insist on correct spelling, I'm afraid you still have quite some work to do here ;)

I personally performed some installation works (sanitary and kitchen equipment) for this new restaurant, quite a good way to match work and spotting :) . As far as I know prices should not be different from ther other Quick restaurants; in the past 4 years some other ones have been installed in "special" spots (railway stations, theme parks, ...) and their prices were not different.

yummy :kvole:

Despite of the fact Gourmet Burger had really good burgers (the Quick "RESTAURANT" is in place of former Gourmet Burgers restaurant) you'll be able to find me regularly at this new fast food setup ;-)

I also like the new setup of the Europa Bar. I'm curious if it will stay like this or if they will change it again after the refurbishment...
