Jetblue flight B6 292 is now circling LAX airport. The nose gear has locked into twisted position. It is burning fuel, preparing for landing on runways 24L. I'll keep you posted. 129 passengers abaord?

A friend of mine worked at Goodrich on the landing gear for many of today's planes (I guess practically all are made by Goodrich). He showed us how much engineering when into them and how they tested them. Seeing how this all works out in real life makes me feel glad that they spend that much time testing them.[/url]heathrow wrote:I still cannot believe how smooth it was. It went very well

Looks like something was wrong with the "heart cam" to me.
These landing gears are made by Messier-Dowty (SAFRAN Group)
