Hi all,

A few days ago you received an e-mail with the number of photos and the total views on your pictures of airliners.net

Tell us your stats!

Mine are:

Number of photos: 283
Total nr. of photo views: 114493

Here are mine:
Number of photos: 74
Total nr. of photo views: 37296

I only uploaded 1 picture recently... I'm not happy with my results anymore. It's waiting until I can afford a better camera to get good quality action shots.

Is it necessary to have a digital camera to send pictures to Airliners.net?

I have only a good old camera, and a scanner to digitalise my photos.

Hi André,

If you have a good scanner, it should be no problem.

Lot's of people shoot slides and scann them to upload their work to a.net.

But... please do note that airliners.net is the most difficult site on the web to get your pictures accepted. This also means that the a.net database has the best pictures.

My current stats:

* 125 photos
* total views: 34474 distinct times
* average view per photo: 276 times

My current stats: 0 at 0 views!

I used to have over 1,300 images up at A.Net, but got into lengthy arguments with Johan Lundgren about quality, corrections and the like, and finally withdrew my images.

My work can now be seen at PP.Net and JP.Net, which are much better and friendlier sites. If you do not know them, visit:

www.jetphotos.net

They also have nice discussion boards.

to be quite honest I cannot blame you!

My pictures at planepictures.net get accepted in less then a day, on the other hand the same ones at airliners.net got rejected, I appealed to find out that Johan rejected them as well... pfff...

Give me also your URL so we can check your pictures at planepictures.net
