Former SN A340 in LH fleet BAD?

Its seems like I am heading to Iran in October with Lufthansa. I heard that they are flying with some former SN A340-300 and that they are in a very bad condition with old interior!
Is it right?

there was reply that they will be used by air namibia to replace the MD-11.
It is dealt with in the subject about flying BA to Johannesburg.

about the old interior ? sorry I don't have any fresh information but I think that the aircraft were not refurbished since their SN life ...

The busses kept their original Sabena-interior. No PTV's, just overhead screens.

LH has an A343 only fleet, no A342 anymore.
