Hi All,

Just to say that in the coming month or so, MK Airlines are going to register 2 of their 747's in the UK, G-MKAA & G-MKBA are reserved (I just can't remember which ones they are ex, will post tomorrow)

Also African International have taken another DC8-62F 46110 registered 3D-AJG ex Arrow Air N8974U

The African Int'l DC8 is at Southend currently for respray by Air Livery. For the moment it is still in it's old Arrow Air colours.

Maybe nice for the spotting, but maybe it will be easier to operate from the UK with the UK- registered B747's

I think the idea is it will be easier to operate to the USA with G- rather than 9G- these days....................... I expect they have some new contract, because of the extra cost to certify crews to JAA licences etc etc,

The African International Airways DC8-62F is now in it's new livery & is outside Air Livery having it's wingtips re-attached. Has anyone noticed that 'AJG' was worn by a very famous historical aircraft?
