Beer Question.... A Great Mystery!

You know when your outside cutting the grass. It's hot. Your sweating like hell. Your tired. Sore. etc.....

Why does the 1st beer you have after you finish taste so good? The 2nd is just another beer. What is it about that first beer? I mean that 1st beer is the same as all of the others cold, good, its a beer. Why is it so damn good?

because you've worked so hard. Scientificaly, it fels more cold because you are thirsty and your body is craving liquid. There is some way to describe it. I knwo what you mean though! I shouldn't, but I do!

I would have to agree with Rago on this. Now yes I just got off of work and I'm opening my first Budwieser Select of the night. I believe its because you've been craving it for so long. The second one isn't as good because your not antisipating it.

The lawn mover was driven by you and then you relished the first beer after you were there and done that

After working in the hot sun....and loading coolers full of iced down beer...I too was craving beer. The first one is usally gone quick but after that your just relaxing!
