dep 03/05 10:35 Nairobi SN 463 13:00 cancelled 333
dep 03/05 10:35 Kigali via Nairobi SN 1463 departed 14:04 333

I can only guess what happened: if a flight is delayed to the next day, airlines usually keep the same flight number but add one figure: SN463 then becomes SN1463. Sabena did it, and also South African is doing that: I once was on a SA9235, being the SA235, delayed by one night.

I don't know why SNBA did it with this flight: the delay at departure wasn't that much. Although there's probably a reason for it, the families and friends that are checking biac.be now surely will be confused.

apparently it was a technical problem...damage during ground operation. That's all I know....
