Hi guys,

Thanks for all the really nice comments. I just sent a mail to some of you, and the votes really rose quite fast actually.

I'm not really trying to win this contest. I mean, my picture is nice of course, but I think other pics in the contest have a better subject/composition. I just want to catch a little attention, I admit 8)

Anyway, Christophe Van Lint, our fellow aviation enthusiast and professional, also has one of his Qatar pics in the contest (photo 9). If you like that one, or another one, better, please cast your vote for that picture. I just want you guys to be honest. I don't want to have some fake appreciation, you know. But it helps to let people know the contest exists

Anyway, thanks for the support, and may the best win! In case I should win, maybe I'll donate one of the prices to this site, so we can have a nice little competition as well, who knows?

By the way, I took this picture at LHR back in July.

To be honnest I'm having a hard time!

The picture of Chris and Ivan is almost identical! I will think about it this night, and see if I vote tomorrow. I find both shots great, and don't want to dissapoint any of you two.

Will see what I do with it...

thanks again for your appreciation. Currently I'm still in the lead. I wonder how long it's going to last. It'd be nice to win this contest of course, but once the 'big guys' get some votes...
