Also the regularly scheduled BRU-Dakar flight, SN205 was only about 1 hour behind SN2014 so in case of technical problems with OO-SFO, 205 (A330-300 OO-SFN) could easily replace SN2014 (VIP flights go first)
Of course, many problems are solved because of the airport being a regular stop for SN, hotel contracts (for crew rotations), not too much trouble with overfly rights, fuel contracts and maintenance staff in place as mentioned certainly helps too.

I wonder how they got Burn Certificates for the artificial turf in the cabin. No joke, I am really intrested to know.

It was no artificial turf... just a normal aviation carpet (like in every other aircraft) with a special colour.
