Why not codeshare with SAS and not with LOT anymore... I don't know, but I'm quite sure SN (or SAS/LOT) have their reasons for it.
TK (and ET) is another story (and maybe the same goes for LOT and/or SAS btw). These airlines don't need SN and if they do work together with SN, they will get more advantages from it than SN itself. (TK and ET are competing airlines on the African market, probably the reason why SN stopped codesharing with ET).
