For the moment only in Dutch : SN Airholding keurt strategisch toekomstplan SNBA-Virgin goed

So we will have to wait until tomorrow

SNBA and Virgin Express are going to merge into 1 single company with a new name. The process will take about a year and is due to complete in April 2007. No jobs will be lost. The new company will offer 2 services: low cost and full service. The airline wants to grow both in Europe and in Africa.
