SN2309, the outgoing flight from Brussels to Stockholm, took off at 19h14 (scheduled for 19h15).

Acording to a Dutch news site, 00-DWB had to make an emergency landing at AMS around 20h30.

Edit (see next post) : aircraft returned to BRU and did not land at Amsterdam.

An SN A330 is stuck in Entebbe. Passengers have been told about a problem with the compass. Passengers have been transferred to Hotel Imperial on Lake Victoria, the best hotel in town, although some of the passengers told that the food is rather bad.

A special flight SN1453 has departed from BRU at 10:47 with destination Entebbe to bring back the stranded passengers.

That is travelling in Africa.
Those stranded passengers must be grateful that the special flight won't be an extraction by C-130 cfr the Entebbe raid.
But I can imagine that some passengers are frustrated that they could not be placed on other flights.

Hello

AT 832 (CN-RGE) made a stop in MAD. I don't think that that is normal.

Someone knows why the plane landed in MAD?

I read in the article that the flight diverted to Brindisi (Italy) :
enroute at FL350 about 45nm north of Tirana (Albania) when the crew reported a female passenger (84) suffered symptoms of a heart attack and decided to divert to Brindisi (Italy) about 110nm southwest of their position

A Delta Airlines Boeing 767-300, registration N1608 performing flight DL-80 from Atlanta,GA (USA) to Brussels (Belgium) with 160 people on board, was enroute over the Atlantic Ocean about 300nm off the coast of Ireland when a female diabetic passenger (64) collapsed prompting cabin crew to provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) while flight crew diverted the aircraft to Shannon. On the way flight crew reported the patient temporarily had no blood pressure and no pulse, but following CPR and now had pulse and blood pressure again and was responsive again. The aircraft landed safely on Shannon's runway 06 about 50 minutes later, the patient was taken to a hospital.

The aircraft reached Brussels with a delay of 2.5 hours.

If theft at the airport is seen as "abnormal", this post is on topic:

Three thiefs who have been arrested at Brussels Airport on 11th April 2011 have been condemned by a Brussels judge. The three men - all three illegal in Belgium - have been linked to seven cases of theft: a camera, a laptop, a handbag and even a whole suitcase. Verdict: 7 months in prison (non effective) for two of them, and 2 years (effective and immediately) for the third one because he was already convicted before.

A Ryanair made an emergency landing at CRL. It was a flight from EIN to IBZ. FR3541 EI-DLO

Follow it here: http://www.flightradar24.com/#!/2012-05 ... 44/RYR3541

After it passed Paris, it turned back and circled above CRL.

Aircraft landed safe, all passengers are safe too.

The reason is unknown, a passenger reported that the airplane behaved abnormal.
