Sorry, the elections have nothing to do with this. The decision is taken by the administration (the European Commission). The Parliament has no say on this. And a new Commission will only be nominated (from national governments) in the autumn (and depending on the outcome of the Irish referendum will take over on 1 Nov 09 or 1 Jan 10), by than the decision on LH and SN has hopefully been taken. And even than the working level in the Commission, so the ones who prepare any decision and do the work actually
, will not change at all.
