This morning, works at runway 07L/25R have started. This will continue during the next weeks.
Since this morning, both departing and arriving traffic Brussels Airport is on runway 20.

That's normal:
RWY20 is short and most heavies need more runway length than that for an unrestricted take-off (especially when hot), so quite a few will ask RWY25L for departure.
Given a departure from RWY25L involves the crossing of the active RWY20 as well as a backtrack on the landing RWY25L, the request must be done well before start up and can cause some delay for the requesting flight.
At SN the policy is to use RWY20 whenever possible, but ask for RWY25L whenever needed and take the small delay over acccepting any take-off weight restriction.

Single runway use of RWY 20 continues till 23:00. During the night, all flights land and take off from RWY 25L

During daytime today, runway 20 will be used for both take-off and landing.

Tonight both arriving and departing flights will be on RWY 25L. Changes are always possible.
