When the T-Shirt I won was posted out it took 14 days to get from Belgium to Christchurch, so there is definitely something screwy with the postal services around the world.

As well as my magazines not arriving, we have also not received other important mail items, so VC10 played hell with customer service of the Royal Mail, told them she was not prepared to deal with minions, and is now writing a letter to the Chief Executive of Royal Mail to complain about customer services and the incompetent, illiterate postman.

VC10 doesn't believe in dealing with customer complaints departments, she prefers to take her complaint to the head of a company.

I got the April issue of the magazine, but I don't know what happened to February and March editions.

Thank GOD you're not in India. Otherwise you would have to run from pillar to post to get normal post. When its a package, unless you keep the postman happy with some gifts ocassionally, chances are that your package may never arrive.
