Couldn't agree with you more!

This guy thought he could get away with icing, combined with a CG out of envelope (of which he was probably not even aware), lack of currency, overweight, etc. The conclusions lack one important fact to me: that the pilot was allowed for years to be totally ablatent to requlations. His attitude made it simply an accident waiting to happen. The guy thought he could get away with anything. No respect for such practices!

I agree teddybAIR. How many breaches does someone have to make before his license is revoked?
If anything, it shows that certain people and characters do not match with operating an airplane safely
