I got my copy of "Airline 5" this morning, but I haven't installed it yet. You have to register it at the game website.

i havent got mine either. Its 21 days also today ... Is something going totally wrong here???

They'd better use UPS, or another courier, never problems with them!
Or why not make it downloadable? I'd rather be downloading 500Mb for 7 days then waiting for something that has to be delivered by "The Belgian Postal Services"

I had it a few times already that I bought something from the US and it got blocked in Belgium douane. It can take a few days to a few weeks before they release your package.

It can take weeks to investigate a package ????? :dammit:
OK, I understand that they have to be carefull but weeks to open a package to see whats in it...
:dammit:
I think they could send it to the moon and back in that time. 8O

Like allways we will see what the future brings us... (or not).

a few weeks ago i finally got my copy of this great simulation.
After some trial and error, i started my airline that is called "Killerwhale International Airlines". It is started in 2003 and i am now in the year 2010, making good profit. I made some screens of my profile, that you can see here: http://www.killerwhale.be/coppermine/th ... p?album=15

more will follow later ...

My airline is "SkyWings". It has hubs in Brussels, Heathrow, Los Angeles, Munich and Frankfurt. Commuter services to near Europe countries are flown by the CRJ, low cost services by the Dash 8 Q400 and Boeing 737 and A320 to holiday places, A340s to Australia via Dubai, and to Japan direct non stop. A service to Auckland is offered by ER 767 from LAX. We also have new A310s bought recently to replace the A300s which have returned to the lessor. All the routes are in profit and the carrier scores highly in the rankings. I am developing my own personal VA for FS2002 based on SkyWings.

My hubs...
Brussels
Dubai

Brussels:
european network, North American network and asian network

Dubai:
connecting BRU --> Sydney and Melbourne.

I prefer a very close network, not that many connections (only 60, including the international) but many daily flights to wellknown airports.

My fleet counts 50 airbuses, including x8 A380 (!). :D

My profits are very good (cash + 10 billion).
I'll probably buy shares in other airlines who can futher complete the gaps in my network.
And maybe I'll also start a LCC for the sunny destinations...

greetings,
ATC
