Ok, I understand now:

Both Servisair and GlobeGround are owned by Penauille PolyServices group, who just turn into bankroute. The new owner of all this :censored: appeares to be CFF Recycling.

Cheers

Seb.

AVIAPARTNER Belgium announces the conclusion of a multi-year agreement with SAS Scandinavian Airlines and its subsidiary Blue1 for the provision of handling services in Brussels, as from 1st April 2005.SAS and Blue1 operate together 13 flights per day from Brussels to Copenhagen, Stockholm, Oslo and Helsinki.Aviapartner already handles SAS in Lyon, Nice, Venice and Turin. SAS has also been an Aviapartner customer for many years for cargo-handling and catering services. The positive experience SAS has had with Aviapartner elsewhere in our network has largely contributed to the airline’s decision. The fact that Aviapartner was able to offer a personalised service was also extremely important for SAS.For this new contract Aviapartner will start recruiting several dozens of employees, from check-in agents, to loadmasters, to ramp agents, whereby preferentially experienced people. In Belgium, Aviapartner currently employs more than 1,600 staff.
