Yaroslav ... I think that when you keep your scanner in your pocket and you use headphones ... I mean small in-ear walkman type of headphones there isn't much risk that you'll be caught.

Ontopic:

Does anyone know which type of scanner is good and doens't cost alot of money ?

Another question.

I live in Oostende and i'm wondering if I could have Brussels ATC on a Bearcat 120 XLT. Some friend I asked on the internet said that he could recieve EBBR from Aalter with the 3300 XLT handscanner. Is this possible? By the way i'm living in the center of Oostende in an apartement, so I guess this would affect my recieve, right? Anyway i'm still looking for a nice handscanner which could recieve EBOS, overflying aircrafts on the way to EBBR, not more then 150 euro... Is this possible? Will the bearcat 120 XLT do the trick?

Thanks
