New rule for images in your signature

It's not only the problem that signatures can look like a banner or advertisement.
But it will also slow down the forum for our members still using a dailup connection.
They have to wait longer and longer with all those images in the signatures.

I use a dial up connection and have not really noticed any problem about the images downloading, but I do find them a distraction more than anything, especially if a post has legitimate photos (like a spotting report for example) you find yourself looking at the banner along the bottom!
