From 14 July Qeshm is to start flights between Tabriz and Hamburg, 1 weekly on Friday:

I think I read on LZ that the first flight was for VIP and other special passengers first.

Wonder if those banners were paid and provided by Brussels Airport since those are the only ones in English and not Farsi?

I don't understand how this airline is running its business ... the official website: http://qeshm-air.com is unreachable. Google Qeshm Air gives links to articles about the airline but not to a booking website.

Passengers who love to book end up communicating with luchtzak.be for more information about tickets/flights... And we don't know either where to guide those passengers to ...

keep in mind that, due to US sanctions, mainstream credit cards do not work in Iran. I guess that most pax there book their flights through a travel agency. I do not think that the sanctions allow an Iranian airline to charge credit cards, even outside Iran.
