LAHSO are not allowed for commercial airlines in the EU when they operate at anything else but cat A (?) minima.

In fact we are even forbidden to accept such LAHSO clearances in the US too because they are explicitly forbidden under our more restrictive European operating rules and whenever there's a conflict, the most restrictive rules needs to be applied.

LAHSO are IMHO unsafe for large commercial airlines; you can never be 100% sure that after touchdown you won't have say a braking problem which requires you to eat up more RWY than estimated...
On top of that, LAHSO takes away the option of a go around after touchdown too.

LAHSO are definitely a NO GO!
