Why should they care about corruption ? The bigger the operation, the higher the number of pockets to fill, the higher the number of fictitious jobs to give away and the deeper the pockets.
It's not that a great airline with appropriate standards can't be done in DRC, it's just that I can't picture BruAir as a sponsor for that. It would cost so much and take so long !
You're right about the Chinese but they've been in DRC for a long time. I don't think they're creating anything new: they're just expanding.
